WELCOME TO #LILFAM
#Lilfam is our own hashtag and community driven word and also our main name word in our Swedish non-profit association.
Lilmix vision is to build up a brand around the different teams playing for them. When playing for Lilmix you are not only participating as a team, you are a part of something greater. You are included in #Lilfam which is another word for family.
We strive to build up a familiar feeling when surrounded by Lilmix fans, we want them to feel included and that we are playing for them when competing in tournaments.
Lilmix strives for a friendly and fun play style, we are therefore against all forms of bullying and exclusion. This is important that we show to everyone who looks at us, you are always welcome into #Lilfam no matter your background!
WHAT WE STAND FOR?
LILFAM ESPORT AND GAMING ASSOCIATION #Lilfam for short (in Swedish “LILFAM ESPORT OCH GAMING”)
Our #Lilfam association is an independent, religiously, and politically independent non-profit association. Where everyone can participate. This means, regardless of gender, gender identity or expression, ethnicity, religion or other belief, functional capacity, sexual orientation, or age.
The association welcomes everyone who wants to experience or contribute to a positive esports and gaming culture. It doesn’t matter if you see yourself as a gamer, or streamer, cosplayer, or are just a CS:GO supporter. Everyone is equal in our association.
We also see ourselves as a supporters’ association to our teams. We actively contribute to creating a setting and atmosphere that enhances the experience of esports and makes Lilmix a more attractive organization. Therefore, we see ourselves as an extra player to symbolically show the support and extra power we give Lilmix.
We also support Respect All Competes, “Code of Conduct” when it comes to the values and ethical rules and principles advocated there. We want to be role models and take responsibility for how we behave in all communication where the organization appears in. By actively contributing to compliance with the code, we will include more people in the esports culture in a democratic spirit.
